2012 Company founded by Prof Xiaoying Lu and Prof Zhi-Gong Wang from Southeast University in Nanjing, China.

Our product won the Outstanding Works Award of China University Exhibition Area of the 14th China International Industrial Exposition

2013 First Para-Limb Aid product

2014 "Chinese overseas Chinese Contribution Award" (innovation achievement) awarded by China Federation of Overseas Chinese

2015  Para-Limb Aid won "Special Gold Award" in Geneva International Invention Exhibition

2017    Participated in the "China US Youth Maker Competition" and won the national second prize, the first prize of Nanjing competition area and the Intel Technology Innovation Award

2018    SQ-Med has obtained National "High Tech Enterprise", "Jiangsu Province Science and Technology Small and Medium-Sized Enterprise" and "Jiangsu Province Private Science and Technology Enterprise"
